1. EPDM (Automotive & Outdoor Sealing) Operating temperature: -40°C to 120°C Ozone resistance: Pass 500h test @ 50pphm, no visible cracking (ASTM D1149) Compression set: ≤20% after 70h @ 100°C (ASTM D395 Method B)

2. Solid NR/SBR (Vibration Damping Components) Hardness range: 30 ~ 85 Shore A Good mechanical tensile strength ≥14 MPa (ASTM D412) Designed for anti-vibration mounts used in construction machinery and vehicle assemblies

3. Sponge Rubber (Gap Sealing & Cushioning) Compression set ≤25% (ASTM D395) Controllable density range: 0.3 ~ 0.7 g/cm³ Suitable for dust sealing, noise reduction and shock buffering

4. Solid Silicone (High-Temp & Food Contact Grades) Continuous service temperature: -60°C ~ 230°C Tensile strength ≥7 MPa (ASTM D412) Food-contact compliant grades available for food packaging equipment

Engineering tips: 

• Molded rubber parts are preferred for complex 3D geometry, variable cross-sections and precise hole positioning. Continuous extrusion is more cost-effective for long-length uniform profiles, with shorter tooling lead time for low-to-medium volume orders.
