EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)

• Service temperature range: -45°C ~ +150°C (intermittent up to 175°C)

NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber)

• Oil resistance: ASTM #1 oil, 100°C × 70h — volume swell ≤ +5%

FKM (Fluoroelastomer / Viton®)

• Heat resistance: 200°C × 1000h — compression set ≤ 30% (ASTM D395)

• Chemical resistance: Compatible with ASTM #3 oil, Fuel C, strong acids, and steam environments

• Service temperature range: -20°C ~ +230°C (select grades up to 250°C)

• Typical applications: Engine crankshaft seals, turbocharger hoses, chemical pump seals

VMQ (Silicone Rubber)

• Resilient elasticity across wide temperature range: -40°C ~ +230°C — compression set ≤ 35% (ASTM D395, 175°C × 22h)

• FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 / LFGB food-grade certification capable

• Typical applications: Food-grade gaskets, medical tubing, appliance heat-resistant pads
